Rental conditions

SECTION 1 - The best welcome will be reserved for our guests. The owner agrees to personally welcome the guests with all the attentions necessary to facilitate their stay and knowledge of the region.

SECTION 2 - Duration of stay

The reservation is concluded for a specific period, consequently, the customer cannot under any circumstances claim any right to remain in the premises.

SECTION 3 - Conclusion of the contract

The reservation becomes effective once the customer has sent the owner a deposit of 50% of the price of the stay which constitutes acceptance of these rental conditions. Prices are breakfast included.

SECTION 4 - Cancellation by the customer

Any cancellation must be notified by postal or electronic letter addressed to the owner.

  1. Cancellation before the start of the stay:
  • If the cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the start of the stay, the deposit is fully refunded
  • If the cancellation occurs 30 days or less before the start of the stay, the amount of the stay remains with the owner.
  1. b) No show before 8 p.m. without information on the day of the start of the stay:
  • This contract becomes void and the owner can dispose of his guest rooms. The amount of the stay remains with the owner.
  1. In the event of a shortened stay, the price corresponding to the cost of accommodation remains fully acquired by the owner.

SECTION 5 - Cancellation by the owner

When the owner cancels a stay before the start of this stay, he must inform the client by email. The client, without prejudging recourse for compensation for any damage suffered, will be reimbursed immediately for the sums paid. He will also receive compensation at least equal to the penalty he would have borne if the cancellation had occurred by his act on that date.

SECTION 6 - Arrival / Departure

The client must present himself on the specified day, between 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. In case of late or delayed arrival, the customer must notify the owner. The client must vacate the room on the specified day before 11 am.

SECTION 7 - Payment of the balance

The balance is due 30 days before the start of the stay. Consumption and additional services not mentioned in this contract will be payable at the end of the stay to the owner.

SECTION 8 - Tourist tax

The tourist tax is a local tax that the customer must pay to the owner who then transfers it to the public treasury. The amount of this tax is not included in the price of guest rooms.

SECTION 9 - Use of the premises

The client must respect the peaceful character of the premises and make use of it in accordance with their destination. He is committed to making the rooms in good condition. Smoking is not permitted inside the establishment

SECTION 10 - Capacity

This contract is established for a specific number of people. If the number of people exceeds this number, the owner is able to refuse additional customers. This refusal can in no case be considered as a modification or breach of contract on the initiative of the owner, so that in case of departure of a number of customers greater than those refused, no refund can be considered. SECTION 11 - Pets and horses

Cats and dogs are welcome. Dogs must be kept on a leash. If the client does not respect this rule, the owner may refuse the dog. This refusal can in no case be considered as a modification or breach of contract at the initiative of the owner, so that in the event of the customer's departure, no reimbursement can be considered. The reception of horses is permitted provided that the owner and the client have previously agreed on the conditions of their reception.
